Calling someone dumb as part of your response is part of your argument. It is the ad hominem part. You fail at logical fallacies.

You said:

“ If this was the case no president should be invested in any stock or business.”

While you’re at it, look up “blind trust” and how it applies to politics.

He’s clearly got an interest in the company he runs, in the companies his children and children-in-law own, and is acting in accordance.

The whole facts/opinions thing doesn’t fly: if we needed a criminal-court conviction to make OJ Simpson a murderer, we’d be stuck with the opinion he killed his ex-wife and her date. If we needed the courts to do the right thing, the whole history of the Civil Rights movement and before would make it “facts” that people of color were criminals, not the lynch mobs who killed people of color.

You should re-think that part of your logic.
