A manager readme will only work when it is updated in real time from the manager’s brain by an implanted chip with an API to their readme.

If they want that, fine, otherwise they should just talk to us as individuals on a day to day basis, grow and develop as leaders, and don’t further remove themselves from their regal subjects with an informal and probably static document.
