Let’s first assume that your stat minus citation is the result of a meaningful study.

The second assumption is this:

That women prefer male bosses because male bosses treat them better.

My first thought is not that assumption.

Having studied systemic racism, I know even the recipients of racism harbor feelings of distrust and dislike against themselves.

That’s just one part of what’s so pernicious about systemic racism, sexism, etc.
