Some of what you describe here initially impacts companies who then shift the costs to people reliant on their services.

Imagine a person with disabilities who relies on items shipped via a hated company: her costs go up if you and a group of people over-leverage that company’s return policies. And when the company changes its policies, you make it more difficult for her to return products.

Since your definition of evil companies is so broad and ambiguous to include small local firms, this could limit her access to products with reasonable costs and return policies.
